The J.D. Power 2019 U.S. Tech Experience Index (TXI) Study has ranked the Hyundai Kona as earning the highest score for overall vehicle technology satisfaction in the study’s small vehicle segment.
The TXI Study measures owners’ experiences, usage, and interaction with driver centric vehicle technology at 90 days of ownership, and provides an understanding of opportunities for minimizing the gap between customer experience and execution.
The
Hyundai Kona tied with the Toyota C-HR for the top spot in the small segment, and was recognized for scoring the highest in categories such as entertainment and connectivity; driving assistance; smartphone mirroring; and navigation.
The Hyundai Kona is also joined by the Hyundai Elantra and Hyundai Santa Fe in the TXI rankings, which respectively earned Top 3 scores in the compact and midsize vehicle segments.
