A Mercedes-Benz dealership in Kansas City has come up with an interesting incentive for potential luxury buyers: Purchase the $200,000 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT before Dec. 31 and get a Smart ForTwo car for free, Autoblog reports.
Think about it: You get a much coveted sports car for your weekend fun and a daily commuter car gets thrown in for free to sweeten the deal!
Just how much of a deal is it though? Well, in relative terms, a Smart ForTwo retails for roughly $12,500, so that amounts to a 6 per cent incentive. Or, as Autoblog points out, something in line to a $1,900 rebate for a $30,000 new car purchase.
Not happy with a Smart car? Too bad. The deal stipulates the Smart car cannot be exchanged for cash or a different car of the same value.
