James Bond-style 'plate flipper' is cool - but not legal

  • transportation, future technology and vehicle concept - man using car control panel

The copy on the License Plate Flipper website says: “The product is great for use in car shows, advertisements or as a novelty / vanity and many more purposeful uses.”

But it doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out that this James Bond inspired device was created to beat toll roads and red light cameras.

As cool as the nifty tool is, using one on anything less than an Aston Martin DB5 or a kitted out Lotus Esprit is going to garner some interest from the authorities. Even still, the teenage gearhead movie buff in me wants one.
