' If the CAW brain trust had learned this Electro-Motive would still be pumping out train engines in London.'

Don't kid yourself. Caterpillar had no intention of keeping that plant open. They were making billions yet demanded a 50% pay cut from the workers. You have a problem with the CAW asking for a living wage ? The top rate was $36 an hour. The CAW offered concessions, but Caterpillar wouldn't budge. How about all the tax breaks Caterpillar received ? They got millions for that and taxpayers get shafted by this greedy, unethical Corporation.

The Sonic is a great looking car... the first time I saw one in the flesh I stopped for a second look, no word of a lie. I bet the Pontiac version would have been even nicer.

"Union leaders Sweeney and Dunn accepted the deal in October 2010, figuring it was better to have lower-paying jobs than none at all."
