If we had a meaningful driving test in this province, including mandatory re-tests every 5 years and skid control training, we would not need this crapola. This junk just drives the price of a car up and up and up. You used to be able to afford a BMW, now you can afford a Yugo. And how about making people take the drivers' test where they live, not out in Haliburton? The cops and government blather on about road safety but they do nothing about obvious root problems like these. Most of this stuff is just a band-aid over bad driving.
