Mini prices are getting "minier."
The 2008 Mini Cooper Classic will begin at $22,800 – down $150 from 2007.
The mid-level Mini Cooper opens at $24,800 – a $1,100 reduction.
The high-end Mini Cooper S starts at $29,900 – a $700 drop.
Some Mini models qualify for the federal government's $1,000 ecoAuto rebate.
The BMW-owned brand was revamped for the 2007 model year.
The '08 models hit showrooms in February. Also coming is the long-awaited five-door Mini Clubman.
